T-Minus Two Hours…

Press the button!

Here we go, folks! It’s down to the wire! If you haven’t backed the Enclave Publishing Kickstarter Campaign, you’re quickly running out of time. By the time you’re reading this, you’ll only have less than two hours. One hundred twenty minutes. Seven thousand two hundred seconds. 7,200,000 milliseconds. 7.2e+12 nanoseconds.

That may sound like a lot of time, but it’s not, not really.

Now I can hear the gears of your mind working. You’re wondering, But John, why should I contribute to the Enclave Publishing Kickstarter Campaign?

Wait, when did I develop telepathy?

Never mind, not important. Instead, here are five reasons why you should become a backer:

  1. There are some great books coming out! I’m not just talking about my book, but the other four books are great as well. I’m a huge fan of Kathy Tyer’s Firebird books. If you haven’t read this science fiction epic before, this is your chance to discover a phenomenal story. I’ve also read Knox’s Irregulars, a great science fiction war book. And while I haven’t read A Time to Die and Orphan’s Song, I am looking forward to getting my hands on both of them.
  2. You’ll be able to get your books at a discount. For just $6, you can get a single ebook. But for only $8, you can get two ebooks. For $45, you can get paper copies of all five books, which otherwise would cost you $73!
  3. You can get early access to these stories. If you choose the ebook format, you’ll get the books earlier than everyone else. That means you can find out what happens to Failstate and his friends before anyone else.
  4. You can become a superhero yourself! There’s a special backing level just for fans of Failstate. If you pledge $20, you’ll get a paper copy of Failstate: Nemesis and an ebook copy of all three Failstate novels! Be the first to become a superhero!
  5. This is a great way to show your support for Christian speculative fiction. Let’s face it, there aren’t many publishing companies willing to publish these kinds of stories. The more people support this campaign, the louder the message will be that people want fantasy, sci fi, dystopian, and other imaginative stories that arise from a Christian worldview.

So what are you waiting for? GO GO GO GO GO!
