I always enjoy it when I get packages like this in the mail:
That means that another one of my books has hit the market. And then I anxiously wait to hear what people think of it. The characters and story are out of my hands.
So let’s get them into yours.
I’m doing two giveaways right now. One is over at Goodreads. I love that website. A lot. Can’t quite explain why. But anyway, I’m giving away one autographed copy of Failstate: Nemesis and it’s easy for members of Goodreads to enter. Here, I’ll make it even easier for you:
Goodreads Book Giveaway
But hey, you know what? I’m feeling like this one giveaway isn’t quite enough. I’m feeling like I need to do another one. A bigger one. So let’s do this. Not only will I give away another autographed copy of Failstate: Nemesis, I’ll also give away the complete Failstate series. That’s right, all three books, all of them autographed. Rather than do this through Goodreads, we’ll be doing it via Rafflecopter. There are a number of ways that you can enter, so be sure that you enter today. This one won’t last forever. It’ll only be for a week. a Rafflecopter giveaway
Good luck!
You know…I’m not that well acquainted with the comic superhero world, but I love the movies that have resulted from it, such as the Avengers and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. That said, I would really like to see Wonder Woman team up with others in film…like the Avengers. I know she did some like the Justice League, but that was with Batman, Superman, Flash, etc. So I am looking forward to what we’ll see with the upcoming movies with her in it. 🙂
That will be interesting to see how Wonder Woman adds to the mix. DC and others seem to have the attitude that she couldn’t carry a movie on her own, so I suppose we should be grateful they’re including her at all. 😛
From your mouth to DC’s ears: Wonder Woman is now slated to grace the screen in 2017 (http://www.blastr.com/2014-10-15/dc-announces-massive-film-slate-flash-aquaman-wonder-woman-green-lantern). Of course, that’s all assuming Supes V. Bats does well at the Box Office. Otherwise I think all bets are off.
Of course, all I want is another season of Young Justice. Is that too much to ask DC?
I agree! I thought they rushed through the resolution of the final season just a little, but when they had “the handshake” (to avoid spoilers) at the end of the last episode, my immediate response was, “What happens next?”
Can’t wait until I finally get a copy.
Always looking forward to seeing what Otte has up his Superhero Sleeves, and I’m SuperDuper excited to see what he has planned!
The Phantom and the Rocketeer. 🙂
Interesting. I like that. Kind of a really old school brawl. 🙂
Oh dear. I’m not sure I’m the expert on superheroes. But I suspect Iron Man and Spider Man could get into all sorts of trouble, if they haven’t already.
You know, I believe they have on more than one occasion. Sadly, I’m not the right person to ask about that either (believe it or not!).
Stephen Amnells Green Arrow and Falcon/Cap.
YES! THIS! TOTALLY THIS!
Punisher and Batman would be a volatile combination.
Oh, wow. Yeah, that would be quite the story, wouldn’t it?
A YA superhero series within a reality tv universe, I’d call that groundbreaking.
Yes! I’m very excited for the next Failstate novel. 🙂
Superhero pairing? Yikes, that’s a tight question! There are too many cool options. I’ll go with Captain America and the Human Torch. Chris Evans would have a hard time if they paired up on the silver screen. 😉
Don’t give them ideas. LOL!
